The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.0564 dated 5.12.2019 at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 28.1.2020, the following order was passed:
"The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0564 dated 05.12.2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani.

( 2 ) CRM-M-3510-2020 (O&M) Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case on the basis of disclosure statement made by his co-accused. The matter is mainly based on documentary evidence. There was no wrongful gain to the petitioner and no wrongful loss to the Government. The petitioner is ready to join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required for effecting any recovery.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Arjun Singh Yadav, Asstt. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Copy of the paper book has been supplied to learned State Counsel, who seeks time to complete his instructions.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions, has submitted that the petitioner pursuant to interim directions, has already joined investigation and is not required for any custodial interrogation. It has also been informed that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. 4.
