**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for issuance of direction to the respondent to re-fixthe seniority list of Principas in HES-II as per office order (P-2) and further prayer is to decide the objection filed by the petitioner, as per Annexure P-4. Learned counsel submits that vide order dated 08.09.2015, the petitioner was given ante dated promotion to the post of Principal from the date his juniors were promoted i.e 20.07.2007 but till date the seniority list was not fixed, as per order of the High Court. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation/objection dated 12.12.2018 (P-4) to the seniority list (tentative) but no action has been taken till date.
