(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No1 to 3 to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No.0395 dated 05.11.2019 registered under Sections 120-B, 420 IPC at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal, against respondents No.4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Palwal, is directed to look into representation dated 04.12.2019 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to look into representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2019 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order.
