**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner-Insurance Company is challenging the order dated 03.07.2017 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal whereby two cheques of `21,69,726/- and `48,085/- have been returned to the petitioner with the direction to submit fresh cheques in the name of claimants, which is against the order dated 02.06.2017 (Annexure P-3), passed by this Court. Perusal of order dated 02.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) shows that at the time of notice of motion the condition was imposed that `20 lakhs will be disbursed to the claimants along with interest @ 9% on furnishing of adequate security.

CR-5212-2017 -2Keeping in view the order dated 02.06.2017 (Annexure P-3), passed by this Court, the present petition is hereby accepted and the impugned order dated 03.07.2017 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal, is hereby modified to the extent that the Tribunal will ask the claimants to give security of the amount of `20 lakhs along with interest @ 9% and thereafter this amount will be disbursed to the claimants, in accordance with law.
