(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Court below had already taken care of all the objections in the impugned order, he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all possible pleas with regard to the mode of proof and admissibility at the time of arguments. I am of the view that such prayer of the counsel for the petitioner viz-a-viz tendering of the documents at later stage for taking objections, is fair and just.

In view of above, the present revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
