ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present revision petition, the main suit itself was dismissed for non-prosecution. An application for setting aside the order dismissing the suit in default was also dismissed. It is further the contention that an appeal is pending against the said order and till date the civil suit has not been restored. He further states that the present revision petition may be permitted to be withdrawn, at this stage, with liberty to revive the same in case the main suit is restored to its original number. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
