Notice was issued to the respondent on the last date to inquire as to whether she is ready to give six months time to revision petitioner to vacate the demised premises. Order dated 31.10.2014 reads as follows:- "Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instructions from the son of the petitioner who is stated to be present in the Court, submits that the revision petitioner be allowed six months time to vacate the premises.

CR-5329-2014 -2Notice of motion to this extent only be issued to the respondent for 22.12.2014.

Till then execution of the order of the Rent Controller shall remain stayed subject to the following terms:- (i)The petitioner shall deposit the entire rent due upto 31.10.2014 within two weeks.

(ii)The petitioner shall continue to pay the rent/mesne profits before the 7th day of each subsequent month."

Mr. Saurabh Garg, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent and submits that the respondent has no objection if the six months time as sought by the revision petitioner to vacate the demised premises be allowed.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, the petition is disposed of and the revision petitioner is allowed time upto 30.04.2015 to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent subject to the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 31.10.2014. The revision petitioner will also file affidavit before the executing Court that he will vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 30.04.2015.
