Similar controversy has already been decided by this Court on 06.10.2023 in identical bunch of cases with CWP No.7599 of 2020 titled Gursharan Singh vs. State of Punjab and Others being the lead case. Disposed of in terms of order passed in CWP No.7599 of 2020, decided on 06.10.2023.
