**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to grant equivalent pay scale as has been granted to Research Assistant serving in BBMB Talwara Township.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner is at par with employees serving in BBMB Talwara Township, however, the petitioner has not been granted salary at par with employees working in BBMB Talwara Township. The petitioner has already retired and he is confining his claim to 38 months. The petitioner has made various representations to the respondents to look into his grievance. Notice of motion.
