(ORAL) Both the petitioners have joined hands to prefer this petition for seeking the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 4 to protect their lives and personal liberty as they apprehend threat to the same at the hands of respondents No.5 to 9 because they (petitioners) have solemnized their marriage against the wishes of these respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner in this petition, at the preliminary stage and have also perused the file thoroughly. A perusal of Annexures P-1 and P-2, i.e. the copies of the Aadhar Cards of both the petitioners, reveals that they are recorded to be the residents of Suratgarh and Bhagwansar, 2 SGM, Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan), respectively, in the same. They have not placed any document on the file to show that presently, they are residing at the NEETU RANI 2022.02.01 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC
