**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.195 dated 12.07.2016, registered under Section 473 IPC, at Police Station City Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was apprehended along with Verna car having a forge number plate; that Charan Dass (father of the petitioner) is the registered owner of the said car and that though the petitioner had produced the registration certificate of the car before the concerned Investigating Officer, yet the challan was prepared on 10.12.2019. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Mukhtiar Singh, submits that since the charge is yet to be framed, the petitioner can raise all the pleas at the time of framing of the charge, He further submits that after the disposal of the present petition, the AMAN JAIN 2022.10.12 18:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-2917-2019 (O&M) -2prosecution agency will file an application for discharge of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In view the arguments raised by the learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
