Similar was the position on the previous date of hearing. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 states that the revision petition has been filed against the order passed by Additional District Judge-I, Fazilka vide which he had disposed of appeal against order allowing application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC and had set aside the order passed by the trial Court remanding the case to the said trial Court for deciding the matter afresh after impleading partners/Directors of the defendant Firm as parties and after remand, the application has been decided afresh by Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Abohar, vide which the application for ad-interim injunction has been dismissed. Copy of the order passed by the trial court in that regard has been placed on file.

C.R. No. 5193 of 2018 Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the revision petition as such has become infructuous. Further more nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioners for two successive dates which shows lack of interest on the part of petitioners to pursue the present revision petition, accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
