The Improvement Trust and others .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Vikram Singh,Advocate for the petitioners Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Plaintiffs 1 and 3 are in revision aggrieved by the order dated 16.1.2015 (P-4) passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)Karnal whereby the application of defendant-Improvement Trust,Karnal for placing on record certified copy of judgment/documents as referred in the application, has been allowed. It is apparent that plaintiffs filed a suit for injunction in the year 1993 seeking to injunct Improvement Trust from interfering in their possession regarding portion of the joint land allegedly in their possession.

It is not disputed that issue primarily is regarding injunction and therefore, certified copies of judgment regarding joint land have been opined by the learned trial court to help it in deciding the present lis which cannot be faulted with. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the present revision petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
