**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.02 dated 02.01.2020 registered under Section 18 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Rampura, District Bathinda.
Notice of motion was issued on 24.01.2020, by passing the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of disclosure statement made by co-accused Angrej Singh @ Gora who happens to be neighbour of the petitioner. The recovery has been effected from a scooty which is in the name of petitioner. Petitioner has no antecedent behaviour of any criminal activity. Petitioner is a lady.

In the meanwhile, petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer to join investigation on AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.08.18 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M No.3226 of 2020 29.01.2020 at 11.00 a.m. and in the event of her arrest, she shall be enlarged on ad interim bail, subject to her furnishing requisite bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, petitioner shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not joined the proceedings through video conferencing.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation, challan has been presented before the trial Court and next date before the trial Court is 29.09.2021 for further proceedings.
In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 24.01.2020 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
