This revision petition arises from the order passed by the Court below while deciding the application for the grant of temporary injunction. 2.

The learned counsel representing the respondent has produced a printout of the order passed by the trial Court on 01.02.2022, while dismissing the suit as withdrawn. The learned senior counsel representing the petitioner submits that he has no information thereof. 3.
