*** This revision petition was admitted by the Hon'ble High Court on November 10, 2009. In a suit titled Jaspal Singh Vs. Jora Singh, plaintiff sought interim injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC, which prayer was declined by the Trial Court vide order dated 13 February, 2008. An appeal therefrom was allowed by Additional District Judge vide order dated 04.10.2008.

As per information sought from the Court of Cvil Judge (Junior Division), Sunam, it has come to light that the original suit has been dismissed in default vide order dated 18.04.2011. This being the position, the revision petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. Copy of this order be sent to the counsel of the parties at their residential addresses for their information.
