***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking interim bail to enable him to perform last rites of his deceased-mother. Learned State counsel, however, points out that mother of the petitioner died on 09.01.2019 and last rites were performed on 24.01.2019. Besides trial is at its fag end as all prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Keeping in view peculiar facts of the case, the court is constrained to reject the plea for interim bail. The trial being at the stage of culmination, present petition is hereby dismissed.
