Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, the challenge has been raised by the petitioners to the order dated 02.08.2022, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-4, which may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the claim of the petitioners is that by an order dated 02.08.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by the respondents, a particular pay-scale was granted, the said pay-scale should also be given to the petitioners as the said benefit has already been extended to the employees junior to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that once, a particular benefit has been extended to the employees junior to the petitioners, the petitioners are also become entitled for the said benefit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have already raised the said grievance in the representation dated 25.04.2023 (Annexure P-5) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the representation dated 25.04.2023 (Annexure P-5) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
