(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 for taking action against respondents No.3 to 5 for not discharging their duties as per procedure by not arresting the accused-respondents No.6 to 10 and rather helping them to save them from the clutches of law. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other alternative remedy in accordance with law.
