**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ or directions in the nature of mandamus for quashing the demand notice dated 14.11.2017 (Annexure P-1) and the letter issued by the bank dated 8.1.2019 (Annexure P-3). 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to the petitioners either to approach the bank or to avail the alternative remedies as are available to them, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be, available to them, in accordance with law.
