(Oral) Today, a report has come from Mediation Centre to the effect that the matter stands compromised between the parties with the help of Mr. Swaran Sandhir, Mediator. The parties have signed the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement is taken on record as Annexure R-1. As per this agreement, the parties shall part ways by getting divorce from each other on the basis of mutual consent. Further the respondent shall withdraw the divorce petition filed by her before filing the joint petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act. Further the petitioner shall transfer his 70% share in the house No. 323, Batra Street, Rori Gate, Sirsa, Tehsil and District Sirs in the name of his wife, which shall be executed by the petitioner through relinquishment deed.
Petitioner has handed over Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide demand draft No. 726651 dated 22.08.2019. In view of the settlement agreement dated 26.08.2019 (R-1), GAURAV ARORA 2019.09.
