AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Before commencing arguments, a query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner that what is the stage of suit and answer was that suit is at the initial stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to file an appropriate application at the evidence stage for ascertaining the paternity of the child.

In view of the aforementioned statement, the present revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
