(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of the affidavit of the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Punjab, Rural Development and Panchayats Department, Punjab, submits that since necessary compliance has been made and a speaking order has been passed waiving off the condition of furnishing a bond for releasing the gratuity and other benefits, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
