******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State may be directed to get the matter investigated from Bureau of Investigation, Punjab before presentation of final report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. in the Court.
Learned State counsel has no objection if direction is issued for further investigation by Bureau of Investigation. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with direction to Director, Bureau of Investigation, Punjab to conduct the investigation in case bearing FIR No. 151 dated 22.07.2018 registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur and submit the report before Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, who will look into the same before presentation of final report in the Court.
