Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions as the General Power of Attorney holder 3 Shiv Kumar 3 who had engaged him, has since expired. Learned counsel would further contend that even the suit was filed through the GPA holder 3 Shiv Kumar. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though he managed to procure the address of the petitioner 3 Maan Singh, however, the letter sent to him through speed post has been received back undelivered. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
