MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel, in compliance of order dated 29.07.2024 has, on instructions from S.I. Badam Singh, submitted that not only is the bullet proof waist worn by one of the police officials part of the challan but it has also been sent to the FSL, Madhuban. Learned State counsel has filed a status report by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, which is taken on record subject to just exceptions. It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is booked in two other FIRs, which finds reflected in paragraph 13 of the status report filed today. 2.

In view of the instructions received by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition.
