The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to the Court concerned to decide the main case for possession which is pending between the parties and for deciding the application for mesne profits. 2.

Notice of motion was issued in the present case on 30.10.2018. Thereafter, on 22.04.2025 learned counsel for the petitioners stated that he has no instructions. In view thereof, notices were issued to the petitioners. As per the office report, notices issued to the petitioners have been received back with the report that they are not residing at the given address. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
