Seeking quashing of criminal complaint bearing NACT-310-2020 u/s 138 of NI Act 1881 and summoning order dated 01.03.2021 passed by the JMIC, Barnala, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a requisite application in accordance with law under Section 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act 1881. 3.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a requisite application in accordance with law under Section 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, with a clarification that the trial Court shall expedite the decision in such application. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
