(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 01.09.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Moga whereby the complaint bearing No. COMI 40, 2017 filed by the petitioner against the respondents under Sections 406, 498-A, 494, 420, 120-B, 34 IPC, has been dismissed.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition. Permitted to do so.
