The petitioners had filed an application, which was duly supported by an affidavit of petitioner no. 2, as per which, the petitioners and contesting respondent no. 6 had amicably resolved their dispute and in view thereof, it was sought that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Learned counsel for contesting respondent no. 6, who is present in Court, admits to the above compromise and states that he has no objection if the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
