**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.3 dated 05.01.2023 under Sections 15/29 of NDPS registered at Police Station, Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Devinder Das, Police Station, Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur submits that in compliance of order dated 27.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.01.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
