(Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned order dated 10.08.2016 (Annexure P-5), whereby, his application to compare the contents of the application dated 15.11.2000 with the sample writing of the defendant by an Handwriting Expert, has been dismissed. Mr. Nitin Goyal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner at bar submits that the petitioner is willing to give specimen signatures.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and appraised the paper book and of the view that application for getting the signatures compared on the alleged document relied upon by the respondent had been moved at the stage when the defendant-petitioner had availed numerous opportunities.
