Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.136 dated 18.12.2023, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station City Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. 2.

Vide order dated 25.01.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balvinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.

In view of above, the petition is allowed subject to the rights of the complainant to the recovery. It is also open to the parties to explore a possibility of an amicable solution. The order dated 25.01.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. It is made clear that, in case, the petitioners are found involved in any such activity once again, the State is at liberty to promptly move an appropriate application for cancellation of bail detailing out the circumstances and violation of the condition(s) of bail.
