HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI Present:- Mr. S.S. Jattan, Advocate for the petitioners RITU BAHRI J. (Oral) This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for setting aside order dated 20.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Addl. District Judge, Jind.

A bare perusal of the impugned order shows that respondent No. 1 is owner in possession over the suit property, as per revenue record. Respondent No. 1 is the real sister of Ajmer who had executed a release deed in favour of respondent No. 1. The Government has issued a cheque of Rs.34500/- in the name of respondent No. 1 as compensation towards the damage of crop.

In view of the above factual position, the learned lower Appellate Court has rightly given direction to learned lower Court to release the compensation amount received through cheque to respondent No. 1. Accordingly, order dated 20.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Addl. District Judge, Jind does not require any interference by this Court.

The petition is dismissed.
