Learned State counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as during its pendency final award has been rendered by arbitrator. Both parties have filed appeals against the award which are pending before the Additional District Judge, Ludhiana. Besides interim order which is under challenge in this petition was modified by a subsequent order dated 11.03.2015.
