ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Defendants-petitioners are in revision petition against orders disposing of application for temporary injunction. Learned trial Court restrained the defendants-petitioners from changing the nature of the suit land till the decision of the main suit. Appeal filed by the present petitioners was dismissed. While issuing notice on 05.09.2016, this Court ordered the parties to maintain status quo.

Respondent-plaintiff has not chosen to appear and contest this revision petition.

It is not in dispute that the suit was filed on 22.04.2013. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the trial of the case has progressed and the case is now fixed for 18.12.2017, for plaintiff's evidence.
