**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside of impugned order dated 28.07.2017 (Annexure P-2), passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hisar whereby the evidence of the petitioners-claimants has been closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already examined six witnesses and only one effective opportunity is liable to be given to conclude the entire evidence by examining one witness, namely, Nihal Singh, who is an eye witness of the accident in question.
