**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.0113 dated 07.06.2024 under Sections 353, 186, 342, 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Dasuya on the basis of compromise/affidavit dated 16.12.2024.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant case with permission to avail other legal remedy as per law.

Allowed as prayed for.
