It is made clear that if the certified copy of the suit is not produced on the next date of hearing, the appeal would stand dismissed."

Till date there is no compliance of order dated 24.02.2020. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice.

In view of the above, the Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
