Present petition has been filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for withdrawal of final proceeds of criminal complaint No.031606001062009 dated 08.01.2009, titled as Rajinder Deepa Vs. Aman Arora and others, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sunam, District Sangrur, for being transferred/entrusted to any other Court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Haryana. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that aforesaid complaint has already been decided vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.12.2023 and now appeal against the same is pending for consideration before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
