Learned counsel for the respondent has very fairly stated that in case a direction is issued to the Appellate Court to decide the appeal within any reasonable time he would not oppose this revision petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted this.

In the circumstances the present revision petition is allowed. However, the Appellate Court is directed to decide the appeal on or before 31.03.2016.
