(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with better particulars by giving the details of the roster point, which are required to be filled up in the promotion cadre under physically handicap category and also his seniority position vis-a-vis. the other employees belonging to the said category.
