(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of appropriate and necessary directions to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar to decide anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, in case FIR No. 88 dated 25.06.2019 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act (Sections 464, 465, 468 and 471 IPC), Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar. Pursuant to the order dated 24.01.2020, report from Sh. Darbari Lal, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide letter No. 30 dated 15.02.2020, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide letter No. 537 dated 17.02.2020, has been received. As per the same, bail application of the petitioner was disposed of, on 24.01.2020.
In view of the above, the instant petition has rendered infructuous and is dismissed, as such.
