After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the representation dated 21.01.2022 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner within a time bound manner.

Prayer is innocuous. Learned State counsel has no serious objection to the prayer.

Given above, the petition is disposed of to the extent that the Superintendent of Police, Sonepat shall decide the representation dated 21.01.2022 (Annexure P-1) within two weeks from today in accordance with law.
