(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has produced a copy of order dated 15.2.2020 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Faridabad in Civil Suit No.51485 of 2014 case titled as 'Ravi Sharma vs. Surendra Kumar Kaushal and others' and submits that the main Civil suit, which is the subject matter of the present Civil Revision has been dismissed, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
