Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 881 dated 26.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh (Mewat).
Allegations against the petitioner are that he had submitted forged documents for obtaining driving license and forgery was with regard to the name of applicant, father's name and date of birth, which was material and substantial.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended petitioner would not be required for the purpose of custodial interrogation as the offence involved is forgery of documents, which were submitted before the public authority for preparation of driving license.
