(ORAL) Present Review Application under Order XLVII Rule-1 of CPC has been moved by the applicant - respondent No. 4 / Gram Panchayat with the allegation that the spirit of "status quo" order granted by this Court on 27.11.2020 is being misused by the non-applicant / petitioner - Kulbir Ram and also being ignored by the Appellate Authority i.e. Collector-cum-Deputy Commissioner.

Notice of the review application stands issued vide order dated 05.02.2021.

At the time of hearing today, learned State Counsel submits that the Appellate Authority - Collector, Kaithal, vide its order dated DINESH KUMAR 2021.03.15 12:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RA-CW No. 28 of 2021 in C.W.P. No. 4253 of 2020 -209.03.2021 has decided the appeal of the petitioner and remanded back the case to the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Guhla, who passed the Eviction Order dated 17.01.2020 (Annexure P-1), while exercising the powers under Section 7(2) of the Punjab Village Common Land Regulation Act, 1961.

In view of above, counsel for the parties concede that nothing more survives for adjudication in the present application, and the same has become infructuous.

Disposed of as infructuous.
