*** SANJAY KUMAR, J. (Oral) Instant petition was filed assailing the order dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) whereby the services of the petitioner were terminated. Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the District Red Cross Society, Yamuna Nagar, which is respondent No.3 before this Court, informs this Court that the impugned order dated 02.08.2018 was thereafter cancelled and the petitioner was reinstated in the service.
