The landlord is in revision aggrieved by the non-conclusion of the eviction petition inter alia based on the ground of personal necessity. It was alleged that tenant was adopting delaying tactics and Rent Controller was extending undue indulgence.
At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have entered into a compromise and thus prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
