The present petition is directed against the order dated 15.05.2017 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patiala, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-implementation of judgment of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patiala dated 21.09.2015, wherein directions had been issued to the respondents to consider issuance of Notary Public License to him.

C. R. No. 5474 of 2017 of India, with regard to his appointment as a Notary Public in Patiala. A copy of such letter has been handed over to Mr. Inderpreet Singh Kooner, Amicus Curiae appointed to assist this Court. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served to proceed further with the matter, and therefore, the petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition in case there is any subsisting cause.
